* Jan Schneider is a summa cum laude graduate of Brown University, with an MIA from the Columbia University School of Public and International Affairs, a JD from Yale Law School and an M.Phil. and a Ph.D. (Political Science) from Yale University. In addition to being a long-time legal practitioner, she has taught in law school, served as an international civil servant and written two books and dozens of articles on legal subjects. Ms. Schneider ran against former Florida Secretary of State Katherine Harris for the United States House of Representatives in the Florida 13th Congressional District.
